These Terms & Conditions explain how you can use the ZAS website, purchase digital products, and access the tools and applications available here. Please read them before making a purchase or using a ZAS product.

01. About ZAS

ZAS is an independent digital product brand created and operated by Elizabeth, an independent maker based in Mexico.

I design and develop original software, web applications, and other digital tools for different interests and everyday needs.

02. Products and purchases

Each product page describes its features, price, what's included, and how access or delivery works.

Some products are available through one-time purchases. Others may offer subscriptions or additional paid features in the future.

Any recurring charges, billing periods, renewal conditions, and cancellation options will be explained before purchase.

Please review the product description, compatibility requirements, and any product-specific conditions before buying.

03. Payments and delivery

Purchases made through our checkout are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, and purchase confirmations.

These transactions are also subject to Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms & Conditions.

Digital products may be delivered through a download link, access to a web application, or another method described on the individual product page.

04. Licenses and permitted use

Purchasing a ZAS product generally grants you permission to use it under its applicable license. It does not transfer ownership of the product's underlying source code, design, or intellectual property.

Unless otherwise stated, you may use purchased products for personal activities, studies, and your own professional work.

Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or sharing paid copies or access without permission is not allowed.

05. Accounts and access

Some ZAS products may require an account, while others may work entirely on your device without registration.

If an account is required, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and providing accurate information when needed.

Access may be restricted in cases of fraud, unauthorized sharing, security threats, or serious violations of these terms. Any restrictions will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

06. Using ZAS responsibly

Please use ZAS products in a lawful and respectful way. You must not:

• Use the website or products for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to access another person's account or private information without permission.
• Introduce malicious software or interfere with the security or operation of our services.
• Redistribute paid products or circumvent access restrictions without authorization.

You retain ownership of the original content you create using ZAS products, subject to applicable third-party rights.

08. Updates and availability

I may improve products, fix bugs, or introduce new features over time.

Some features may change or become unavailable due to technical, security, or operational reasons. Where appropriate, I'll provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

Not every purchase includes all future versions, premium features, or separate products. Product-specific terms explain what's included.

Nothing in this section limits any legally required updates, remedies, or consumer rights.

09. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, cancellation rights, and any additional product guarantees are explained in our Refund Policy.

Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, ZAS branding, original designs, software, written content, and other creative materials belong to their respective rights holders.

You're welcome to share links to ZAS and recommend its products, but please don't reproduce or commercially distribute protected materials without permission.

11. Responsibility and limitations

I work to make ZAS products reliable, useful, and safe. However, digital services may occasionally experience interruptions, errors, or compatibility issues.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZAS is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control or by unauthorized or improper use of its products.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as ZAS grows, new products are introduced, or legal requirements change.

Material changes affecting existing purchases or ongoing services will be communicated when required by law. Changes will not remove rights that have already accrued.
