Licenses

A little note about licenses

When you purchase a digital product from ZAS, you're supporting an independent maker and getting permission to use something created with care. Thank you for that! ♡

Here's what that means, in simple terms.

01. Made for you to use

Unless a product says otherwise, your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product.

You can use it for your everyday life, studies, or work, including projects of your own. The license doesn't transfer ownership of the product's underlying code, design, or other intellectual property to you.

02. Sharing is caring, but...

You're welcome to recommend ZAS products to others! However, purchasing a product doesn't give you permission to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share paid copies or access with other people.

Please don't copy, repackage, or present ZAS products as your own creations.

03. Your creations stay yours

Anything you create using a ZAS product remains yours, subject to any third-party rights that may apply. Using a tool doesn't give ZAS ownership of your personal work or ideas.

04. Updates and availability

Some products may receive improvements, fixes, or new features over time. Updates and continued access depend on the specific product and its purchase terms.

A purchase doesn't automatically include every future version, feature, or separate product.

05. Different products, different needs

ZAS is a home for different kinds of digital creations. Some products may have additional license terms, account requirements, or usage limitations.

If they do, those details will be explained on the product page or at the time of purchase. Product-specific terms take precedence where they differ from this general license.

06. Questions? Let's talk.

If you're unsure whether your intended use is allowed, or you'd like to request special permission, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
