Your privacy matters to me. I believe digital tools should be useful without collecting more information than they need.

This policy explains how information is handled when you visit ZAS Store, subscribe to updates, contact me, or purchase a digital product.

01. Who is behind ZAS?

ZAS is an independent digital product brand created and operated by Elizabeth, an independent maker based in Mexico.

02. Information we collect

The information involved depends on how you interact with ZAS.

• Newsletter: Your email address when you choose to subscribe.
• Messages: Your email address and any information you choose to share when contacting me.
• Purchases: Information such as your checkout email address, order details, purchased products, and transaction status when made available by our payment provider.
• Website analytics: Information about visits and interactions, depending on the analytics service and your choices.
• Technical information: Information needed for website operation, security, and troubleshooting.

I aim to collect only information that serves a clear and legitimate purpose.

03. Newsletter and marketing emails

If you subscribe to the ZAS newsletter, your email address is processed through Kit, our email marketing provider.

I use it to send updates about new products, creative projects, and occasional news from ZAS.

Subscribing is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in marketing emails.

Purchasing a ZAS product does not automatically enroll you in the ZAS newsletter.

Marketing emails are sent only when you have consented or another valid legal permission applies.

04. Purchases and customer communications

ZAS uses Lemon Squeezy as its merchant of record for digital purchases.

Lemon Squeezy handles checkout transactions, payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, and purchase confirmations.

Purchase information, including the email address provided at checkout, may be available to ZAS through Lemon Squeezy.

I may use purchase information to deliver products, provide support, communicate important product updates, and resolve order-related issues.

Where permitted by applicable law, I may also invite customers to share feedback about a product they purchased.

Feedback requests are optional and are not used to automatically enroll customers in marketing communications.

You can ask not to receive optional feedback requests by contacting usaprende@gmail.com .

I do not collect payment card details through ZAS Store.

05. Analytics and cookies

I use website analytics to understand which pages are useful, how visitors discover products, and where the experience could be improved.

Cloudflare Web Analytics provides website traffic and performance measurements without tracking cookies.

Google Analytics 4 is used for optional website analytics. On ZAS Store, the Google Analytics tag loads only after you accept analytics cookies.

You can accept, reject, or customize your analytics preferences through the consent interface.

You can change your choice later using the Cookie preferences control in the website footer.

Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent you from browsing the Store.

Essential technical storage may still be used when necessary to operate the website or remember your choices.

06. Hosting and service providers

ZAS uses technical providers to operate the Store and its services.

• Cloudflare: Website hosting, security, performance, and asset delivery.
• Neon: Database services supporting Store administration.
• Kit: Newsletter subscriptions and email communications.
• Lemon Squeezy: Digital purchases, payments, and order processing.
• Google Analytics: Optional website analytics, subject to consent.

These providers process information according to their respective roles, agreements, and applicable privacy practices.

07. Digital products and future applications

ZAS creates different kinds of digital products, and their data needs may vary.

Some applications may store information locally on your device. Others may require accounts, online storage, synchronization, or personalized features.

When a product introduces additional data collection or processing, its privacy notice will explain what information is needed, why it is used, and which providers are involved.

Product-specific privacy notices supplement this general policy.

08. Personalization and AI

Some future products may offer personalization or AI-powered features.

If these features process user content or preferences, the relevant product will explain how that information is used, whether external AI providers are involved, and what choices are available.

ZAS does not sell personal information. Any future use of personal content for model training will require a separate, clear disclosure and an appropriate legal basis.

09. How information is protected

I aim to protect information through appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and limiting unnecessary data collection.

No online system can guarantee absolute security, but protecting user information is an important part of how ZAS products are designed.

10. How long information is kept

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, including providing services, managing subscriptions, handling support requests, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and service. Where applicable, you may request deletion of your personal information.

11. International data processing

ZAS is operated from Mexico and uses service providers that may process information in other countries.

Where required, international transfers will be handled using applicable legal safeguards and provider agreements.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

You may also have rights to object to certain processing, withdraw consent, request data portability, or submit a complaint to a relevant supervisory authority.

I may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests involving personal information.
