Refunds & Returns

I want every ZAS purchase to feel clear and comfortable. Here's what you can expect if something doesn't go as planned. ♡

01. Your rights as a buyer

ZAS sells digital products, including software and web applications. Refund and cancellation rights may vary depending on your location, the type of product, and how it is delivered.

Any consumer rights provided by applicable law will always be respected. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces those rights.

02. When refunds may apply

You may be entitled to a refund, cancellation, repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy in circumstances such as:

• A duplicate or incorrect charge.
• A product that was not delivered or made accessible as promised.
• A significant technical defect that prevents the product from working as described.
• A product that materially differs from its advertised description.
• A cancellation or withdrawal right that applies under consumer protection law.

The appropriate resolution will depend on the circumstances and applicable legal rights.

03. Cancellation periods

In some regions, including the European Union and the United Kingdom, eligible online purchases may have a 14-day cancellation period.

Special rules apply to digital content and services, particularly when access or delivery begins immediately. The applicable cancellation period and any exceptions depend on the law and the circumstances of the purchase.

These legal rights are not restricted to a universal 14-day deadline.

04. Extra guarantees for selected products

Some ZAS products may include additional refund guarantees, such as an extended return period or special purchase protection.

When offered, these benefits will be clearly described on the individual product page, including their duration, eligibility, and how to request them.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a product-specific guarantee is available to all eligible buyers of that product, regardless of their country, in addition to any rights provided by applicable law.

05. How to request help or a refund

If you experience an issue with your purchase, please email usaprende@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number.
• The email address used at checkout.
• A short description of the issue.

Please don't share passwords or payment card details.

I'll review your request and help determine the appropriate next steps.

06. Refund processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer laws, Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms, and any additional guarantees offered with the product.

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take up to 10 days to appear.

07. A final note

ZAS is a small independent creative project, and every purchase means a lot. I want the experience to be fair, transparent, and helpful from beginning to end.
