Life can be simpler.
Your tools should be, too.

ZAS is a quiet corner of the internet for small, thoughtful tools. We make things that bring a little clarity to everyday life—and leave room for the rest of it.

A moment of stillness

“Take a deep breath. There is nothing urgent here.”

We make tools that respect your attention. No red badges or manufactured urgency. Just a little more space to sit with what matters.

  • Human pace
  • Fewer distractions
  • Made with care

From the studio desk

A quiet note from Elizabeth

I started ZAS because I’ve always liked making little things that make life easier. Some began as school projects, some came from problems I was having myself, and some were simply ideas I wanted to try.

The more I built, the more I noticed that software can sometimes solve one problem while creating another: more lists, more settings, more things asking for your attention. I wanted to make things that feel a little quieter.

So ZAS is where I’m building small, thoughtful tools for real problems, starting with the ones I know myself. Slowly, simply, and with a lot of testing along the way.

Thanks for being here.

Our philosophy

Why we build slowly & quietly

Every decision starts with one question: does this respect the person using the tool?

Simplicity over features

A useful tool knows when to let you close the screen. We care more about helping you find clarity than keeping you in an app.

“A finished tool is better than an endless settings menu.”

Thoughtful by default

Your attention is yours. We choose calm, considerate experiences over ads, noisy feeds, or design that pulls you back for no good reason.

“Make room for life beyond the screen.”

A human pace

Life is cyclical, and progress rarely moves in a straight line. A pause should feel like a pause—not a reason to start over.

“Rest is part of the work.”

Practical progress

We look for small, steady ways to make a real day feel more manageable. No grand overhaul required.

“One small step can be enough for today.”
